Our W12 properties in Shepherd's Bush and White City are positioned for the White City and Shepherd's Bush commercial zones, with the A40 Western Avenue accessible for site travel across the M25 corridor. Can I book on behalf of my employer or project company?
Yes. We accept corporate bookings and can issue invoices directly to your company or project sponsor. Contact us to discuss a corporate account and billing arrangement before or during your stay.
What if my contract is extended mid-stay?
Subject to availability, we can extend your stay with 48 hours' notice. If the same property is unavailable, we will aim to relocate you to another property in our portfolio. We work with contract professionals regularly and understand how quickly project timelines can shift.
Are the properties suitable for lone workers?
All our properties are self-contained with secure entry systems and self check-in. They are suited to individual contractors as well as small teams. We provide 24/7 contact details so you are never without support during your stay, regardless of your working hours.
Do you have properties near specific construction zones in London?
Our Vauxhall and Nine Elms properties (SW8) are directly adjacent to the major South Bank regeneration area and the Battersea Power Station development. Our Shepherd's Bush properties (W12) are close to the White City development zone. Contact us with your project location and we will advise on the best property in our portfolio.
Can I extend my stay while already in London?
Subject to availability, yes. Message us directly rather than going through the booking platform as we can often accommodate extensions even when the calendar appears fully booked.
