INSURANCE ACCOMMODATION ACROSS CENTRAL LONDON, ENGLAND, FAST, FURNISHED AND PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED
When a policyholder is displaced from their home, the quality and speed of their temporary accommodation affects their wellbeing during an already difficult period and reflects directly on the insurer's service standards. A slow placement, an underprepared property or a landlord who is uncontactable at short notice all add pressure to a situation that is already stressful for the displaced household and the housing team managing it. Two Pillars Property removes that friction. Our properties are pre-prepared to a high standard, available on flexible tenancy terms from fourteen nights to six months, and managed by a professional team that is reachable around the clock. Whether a placement is for an individual following a small claim or a family displaced by a major incident, we can accommodate the timeline and the household size. Our portfolio spans SW8, SW3, W1G, W1H and W12, giving us coverage across a broad arc of Central and West London to support proximity to the original home where possible. All billing is directed to the insurer or adjusting firm. We are experienced in working with Lloyd's market syndicates and major UK insurers including Zurich, Aon and RSA, and can provide references from established adjusting firms on request. Every property includes everything a family or individual needs from the moment they arrive, removing the logistical burden from both the insurer and the displaced household.

Weekly housekeeping is included during longer placements to maintain a consistently high standard throughout the stay. A 24/7 emergency contact is available for displaced residents at any hour. LOCATION AND
PROXIMITY
Our portfolio spans five postcode areas across Central and West London, giving housing teams a genuine range of placement options rather than a single fixed location. Our SW8 properties in Vauxhall and Nine Elms are well positioned for South London and Lambeth placements. Our SW3 property in Chelsea covers the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea catchment and sits within reach of several of London's leading hospitals for policyholders with medical needs during a displacement period. Our W1G and W1H properties cover the Westminster and Marylebone areas, while our W12 properties in Shepherd's Bush and White City extend coverage into West London and the Hammersmith and Fulham borough. We are experienced in working with Lloyd's market syndicates, Zurich, Aon and RSA placements and can provide references from established adjusting firms operating across the London market.

FLEXIBILITY

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How quickly can you place a client?
For properties that are available immediately, we can typically complete all arrangements and hand over access details within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an instruction. For urgent placements, contact us directly rather than booking online for the fastest possible response.
Can you invoice the insurer directly?
Yes. We work directly with insurance companies and loss adjusting firms on billing. We issue a full invoice with VAT and can provide weekly or monthly invoicing depending on your preferred arrangement. All billing documentation is provided to the standard required for insurance procurement.
What if the placement needs to be extended?
Extensions are common and we accommodate them wherever possible. We ask for at least a week's notice on extensions to manage our availability calendar, but we understand that insurance timelines are often outside everyone's control and we will always do our best to keep the displaced resident in the same property.
Are the properties suitable for families with children?
Yes. Several properties in our portfolio are family-sized with three and six bedrooms, separate living spaces and fully equipped kitchens. We can advise on which properties are closest to schools and local amenities for longer placements where proximity to the original neighbourhood is a priority.
Do you have experience with regulated insurance placements?
Yes. Two Pillars Property regularly works with housing providers placing clients under insurance policies. We understand the confidentiality, billing and professional standards required and are happy to provide references from previous placements on request.
