HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION ACROSS CENTRAL LONDON, ENGLAND, STAY SOMEWHERE THAT DOES IT JUSTICE
The museums, the markets, the parks, the restaurants, the theatre, the architecture that shifts from medieval to ultra-modern within a single city block. London is a city that rewards guests who are properly set up to explore it, and a hotel room is rarely the right starting point. Two Pillars Property offers holiday guests a full kitchen, a dining table, a sitting room where you can spread out, and a location inside some of London's most exciting postcodes. Whether you are arriving as a couple for a long weekend, a family exploring the capital across two or three weeks, or a group of friends making the most of everything London offers, our properties are designed to give you a home rather than a room number. Nine properties across five Central London postcode areas mean that wherever your interests take you, one of our homes puts you in the right part of the city from the moment you arrive. Every property is professionally cleaned before your arrival, backed by a 24/7 guest support team and available on flexible terms from a minimum of two nights. Weekly rates are available for stays of seven nights or more. Self check-in operates at any hour with no reception desk and no cutoff time, giving you the flexibility to arrive on your own schedule rather than ours.

FLEXIBILITY

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is London expensive for a holiday?
London can be, but staying in a self-catering apartment rather than a hotel gives you significant savings on food. Being able to cook breakfast, prepare picnic lunches for the parks and eat in on some evenings makes a material difference to the total cost of a London holiday, particularly for families staying for a week or more.
How do I get from Heathrow to your properties?
Our W1H property is approximately twelve minutes from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line from Paddington. Our W1G properties are accessible via Bond Street, one stop from the Elizabeth line at Paddington. The Piccadilly line also connects Heathrow directly to Central London, serving all our property areas without requiring a change.
Are your properties suitable for large family groups?
Yes. Our six-bedroom property in Chelsea (SW3) accommodates up to nine guests and includes a large kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a private garden. We also have three-bedroom options ideal for families of four to six. Contact us for advice on which property best suits your group size and preferred neighbourhood.
Is it safe to use self check-in?
All our self check-in systems use secure key safes or smart locks with unique access codes generated for each guest. Full instructions are sent before your arrival and our team is contactable 24/7 if anything is unclear on the day. Self check-in has operated smoothly across all our properties since launch.
Can I extend my stay while I am already in London?
Subject to availability, we can extend your stay. The easiest way to arrange this is to message us directly rather than going through the booking platform, as we can sometimes accommodate extensions even when the calendar appears fully booked. Give us as much notice as possible for the best chance of staying in the same property.
